ELM provides on-site and virtual workplace dispute resolution services designed to address conflict early, thoughtfully, and effectively.
We help organizations surface concerns, understand what is driving tension, and respond to challenges before they escalate into formal complaints, workplace disruption, or litigation.
Our work includes supporting employers through allegations of bias and bullying, conflict between teams or departments, and shifts in culture or expectations following changes in leadership.
By approaching these issues with neutrality and structure, we help stabilize the workplace, encourage productive communication, and create practical, forward-focused paths toward resolution.
We conduct impartial internal investigations to help employers understand the facts and perspectives underlying workplace concerns. We meet with involved individuals, review relevant information, and assess issues in a neutral, structured manner. These conversations clarify the core issues and ensure that all parties feel heard throughout the process.
We facilitate conversations between employees to address workplace tension, resolve grievances, and identify workable solutions that allow teams to move forward. This includes supporting collective complaints brought by groups of employees seeking internal changes. Our role is to ensure that all voices are represented and that the organization can respond in a thoughtful, transparent way.
We provide traditional workplace mediation, responding to claims involving allegations of unlawful practices or violations of internal policies. Our mediations help employees and management find common ground, rebuild communication, and resolve disputes in a way that protects future working relationships and supports long-term organizational health.
We are dedicated to resolving all the matters we mediate. Even if a matter is not resolved at the initial mediation session, Rachel remains committed to settlement and will continue engaging with counsel and parties until the matter is resolved. All the cases that Rachel has mediated where the parties voluntarily, and proactively, chose to mediate have settled.
