At ELM Employment Law Mediation, we focus exclusively on helping individuals and organizations resolve workplace disputes. Our mediations provide a confidential, respectful environment where the people most affected by a conflict can take part in shaping its outcome. We believe that resolution through understanding leads to better, lasting results for everyone involved.

Before becoming a mediator, Rachel practiced employment law for nearly 20 years, litigating a wide range of cases. This experience gives her a valuable perspective and enables her to assist parties in assessing their positions.

Rachel is highly respected for her neutrality and ability to resolve contentious disputes. She serves on the mediation panels for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York and Northern District of New York, as well as the New York State Commercial Division and the New York State Appellate Division, Second Department. In addition, Rachel is a registered mediator for the American Arbitration Association.
